ZipQuantum data deletion

ZipQuantum Link Lab and the ZipQuantum service are operated by Xaere SARL. You can ask us to delete operational data associated with your use of the app or service.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@zq.tn with the subject ZipQuantum data deletion request.
2. Include the Smart Link reference or session receipt concerned by your request, if available. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or identity documents unless we specifically ask for information needed to verify the request.
3. We will acknowledge the request and, when necessary, ask for limited information to verify that you are entitled to make it.

What we delete

After verification, we delete or anonymise the operational routing events, optional consented device context, support correspondence, and other personal data covered by a valid request, unless we must retain specific information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Retention

Routing-event retention follows the workspace plan and configuration shown in ZipQuantum. One-time deferred deep-link handoff tokens are short-lived and expire automatically. Billing and tax records may be retained for the period required by law. Any data that must be kept is isolated from ordinary product use and deleted or anonymised when the applicable obligation ends.
