GDPR-ready
Privacy principles built into the routing model.
ZipQuantum is designed to support GDPR-aligned Smart Link deployments through data minimisation, purpose limitation, first-party processing, configurable retention, and clear customer controls. “GDPR-ready” describes the product design; it is not a certification, and compliance also depends on how each customer configures and uses the service.
Data minimisation by default
Normal routing uses only the information needed to resolve a link, produce limited aggregate analytics, and protect the platform. It does not rely on third-party advertising trackers, browser fingerprinting, probabilistic matching, or persistent cross-app identifiers.
Clear processing purposes
- Deliver Smart Links and select the configured destination
- Provide customer-requested analytics and usage reporting
- Secure the platform and prevent fraud or abuse
- Manage accounts, subscriptions, support, and legal obligations
Controller and processor roles
Xaere SARL is the controller for ZipQuantum account, billing, website, and support data. PROXIWEB is the technical developer of the platform and may support its operation on behalf of Xaere SARL; it is not the data controller. When a customer determines why and how event data is processed for its own links, the customer may act as controller and ZipQuantum as its service provider or processor. Customers remain responsible for their destinations, notices, legal bases, and consent flows.
Controls that support responsible deployment
- Plan- and workspace-based routing-event retention
- Access, correction, export, and deletion request channels
- Encrypted transport, access controls, input validation, and rate limiting
- Consent-gated processing for the optional Android deferred-recovery workflow
- Contractual and organisational safeguards for service providers and transfers
Your compliance still matters
Every implementation has its own context. Customers should document their purposes and legal bases, avoid placing sensitive or unnecessary personal data in URLs, configure appropriate retention, review destination technologies, and provide notices or consent where required. ZipQuantum supports these choices but cannot replace a customer’s legal assessment.
